Introducing

The Survivor Programme

Welcome to The Survivor Programme

This programme is carefully designed to assist individuals who have left coercive relationships and are on a journey to reclaim their lives. Drawing from personal experience, this programme offers essential tools and skills to help you cope, understand, and move forward.

It has been specifically tailored for survivors of domestic abuse and coercive control and is designed for those who have bravely extricated themselves from oppressive environments and are now seeking to rebuild their lives with strength and confidence. Whether you have experienced emotional, psychological, or physical abuse, this programme aims to provide the guidance and support needed for healing and growth.

One of the most beautiful aspects of this programme is its flexibility. You can start and stop anytime you like and use it anywhere that feels comfortable to you. The course includes downloadable worksheets and audio files, making it easy to access the materials at your convenience.

While the programme is designed to flow seamlessly from one chapter to the next, there is no requirement to complete every chapter in a linear fashion. If you feel the need to skip a chapter or if you’re not ready to tackle certain subjects yet, that’s completely fine. This journey is about regaining control, and that includes deciding how and when to engage with the material.

Remember that if you find yourself struggling at any point, you can always reach out to me via the support page. I am here to assist and guide you through this transformative process.
